Cladonia rangiferina
Very much in an isolated population that seems to be growing slowly.
A bulky lichen with recurved branches and a more visible felted cortex than other reindeer type lichen, which can be clearly seen in the images above.
Also K+ Yellow

Cladonia cervicornis
This species has tiered cups. Generally but not exclusively one tier. Can lead to the confusion with Cladonia verticillata which is many tiered.
The key difference is the longer more incised lobes of the basal squamules in Cladonia cervicrnis, which can be seen in the images above.

Cladonia chlorophaea s. lat
Norfolk Recorder's Comments
The proliferating Cladonia I couldn’t get to anything else but chlorophaea s. lat despite
it looking very different from the other more conventional cupped chlorophaea.
I suspect it is a different species, but needs specialist determination.
After drying this one turned out to be Lecanora conizaeoides (P+ reaction) rather than L symmicta
